Uh, no. The whole Conservative party is full of lawmakers who are in favor of Brexit in principle, but against any kind of Brexit that might actually happen. Having a second referendum is perfect for them, because they can vote against the actual Brexit that's possible, stay in the EU, and go back to complaining about it all the time instead of having to live with the consequences of being responsible for what happens.
Labor has its own problems, too, one of which is that Corbyn wants to be PM and knows that it's only happening if the Tories totally botch Brexit, and is willing for that to happen if it's to be his chance at Downing Street.
