Right. This happened (from the transcript):
GUTHRIE:

Everyone raised their hands.
They then explained it wasn’t free. But we all know it’s going to be almost entirely subsidized.
I don’t know enough about the plans to have a strong opinion, but I do know thus is Dumb Politics. (The optics of everyone raising hands is terrible. Creates a resonant photo. Never do that. Ever.)
