One of the two articles I cited even stated Schiff had advance notice of the accusations in the complaint. In your world, can notice only be provided by document receipt or review? I know you kids hate to use the phone these days, but I believe that, even in your locale, humans still have and occasionally exercise their vocals cords in a thing called speech. Sometimes over the phone app in your “hand computer.”

Find me the cite where the committee says they did not discuss the accusations of the complaint with the WB. Then you might win summary judgment.
