His early writing was soft tissue only, but later editions (and the Doctors who carry on) extend it to tendon, ligaments, etc. I don't think he tries to extend it broken bones; at least yet.
Did your brain cause you to break the leg? Plus, you can't overcome the pain of a broken bone? I ignore that shit.
