The first time is saw RATM was about two months after their first album was released, in a small club with a couple hundred people. The energy was raw and intense. Take it up with Icky, for setting up the comment. I was piggybacking. Tying disparate posts within a thread makes things more resonant. It also conveys an appropriately dismissive tone. Ty made it easy.
You know, “Read the room?” A fair description of the complaint you threw at me when I wrote something flippant close in time to something sad and depressing Hank had written? Right. Well, you sound like a guy who thought up his joke before he considered context.
