Yeah, we have a new outbreak. Half my hallway is now out with Covid. I'm not going near the place for while.
This was completely foreseeable, but I guess the country has just given up on fighting it for the time being. Maybe once deaths hit 2 million.

One of my folks just got symptoms (mild but annoying) from the new variant. Double vaxxed and boosted. Don't know if it was BA.1 or 2, but doctor said the BA.2 is near impossible to avoid.
