Schumer actually has a great record of getting judges through, they just haven't included a Supreme Court judge because there hasn't been a vacancy on his watch.
If Schumer can get a choice bill through he will be a hero, but the path is through some combination of Collins, Murkowski, Romney, Sinema and Manchin. If I were Schumer, I'd actually look to the Republicans - on Romney, the Mormon religion specifically permits choice and Romney has already held more positions on choice than the rest of the Republican caucus combined. I think Murkowski can be moved to support, but Collins always finds a way to reluctantly and with great concern and worry endorse fascism. But I suspect both Romney and Murkowski could even be convinced to nuke the filibuster on this one.
