I'm not so sure of your background but in many cultures incest is a rite of passage. Heck, in a number of states in the USA, first cousins can freely marry and presumptively have sex between themselves and the sex between those first cousins married or otherwise isn't incest in those states.
Shoot, a lot of us would be in trouble if it were.
