(1) Over on the PB, bilmore and Not me and Atticus have been discussing the criminalization of reckless behavior. Whoever thought we'd be drawing a parallel between Bill Janklow and Great White! Good times.
(2) There ought to be a civil class action against these people for reckless infliction of emotional distress. I can't go to a club to see live music without obsessing about where the exits are. I'm still scared from the coverage of that fire.
