That's the least of their problems... Per CBS News, they are also facing a class action employment discrimination claim for allegedly directing their managers not to hire minorities and other individuals who didn't fit their "look", i.e., young, white and attractive, and giving preferential duties/hours to people who did. Those hired who didn't fit the image as well were allegedly put in the back of the stores or fired en masse.
