Again perhaps a Minnesota deal, but I see this in cases where the woman was once as hot as or hotter than the guy and then had a bunch of kids and can't lose the baby weight.
Cousin's wife was very cute when they married. Cuter than cousin. Three kids later she is not as hot as him.
