After all, Paigow had been born with a face that would let her get her way. Coltrane (the Midwestern boy on his own) took one look at Paigow's soft eyes (so innocent and blue), and not only did he know that he was too far from home, but when he saw that face, he had lost all control.
Need I add that Paigow was looking so right in her diamonds and frills, and that she had all of her skills? I think that I need not.
