I think this works because I have only dumped maybe 3 people in my whole life. I've always made sure I got dumped rather than vice versa. Dumping someone is bad luck.

Getting dumped intentionally is a talent. No one gets hurt. The girl feels good b/c she did the dumping, and the guy gets out (which is what he wanted, but w/out conflict (because he's a pussy)). Or vice versa.
Poll: who has, to avoid the pain of dumping an SO, tried to get the SO to dump them instead and how?
