(ii) You know how, sometimes, when you are going to sit at a bar for a while, you put a $20 bill on the bar so that the bartender can just take his $$ when you order a drink? Not long ago, sitting in an airport bar, I watched someone slide that $20 away from the person sitting next to him verrrrryyyyy slowly so that it rested in front of them, and not the person sitting next to them, and then drink off of it until they got up, leaving the remainder of their neighbor's $20 as a tip.
