Madonna and Britney Spears are tied for second. Blackwell says someone should “arrest the Kissing Cousins of Couture Crime.”(enough already Mr. B)
Shania Twain, Diane Keaton and Jessica Simpson. Then come Celine Dion, Missy Elliott, Melanie Griffith, Courtney Love and Lara Flynn Boyle.
