A few things:
Can you identify one or two big sources for the negativity other than issues between the two of you (e.g., job, other family, lack of friends, etc.)
Why don't you have children? Mutual choice? Choice more of one or the other of you? Timing?
Is there anyone who knows both of you who can give you perspective. Everyone always says it is the other person more than them, and sometimes that is true, but a less biased person who knows you both may be helpful.
