Giving Blood and Exercising

Alright, I'll just admit it. I go to spin classes. So sue me. Anyways, these classes are pretty damn intense - I routinely lose about 4-5 lbs of sweat during a one hour class, despite the fact that I drink 16-22 oz. of fluid during the class. The web sites I have read about blood donation and exercise all talk about dehydration, and varying time intervals of decreased performance. Any anecdotal experience out there? Nothing would be more emasculating to me than to faint in a girly spin class.
Yeah. You're a future faggot. I went to a spin class once. There's a mirror in front of the class, and I can see the reflected front row working in the mirror. Well, one gorgeous woman is leaning over showing cleavage and it's helping pass the time, and I'm starting to daydream.........and...........
Yikessss! all of a sudden I realize I'm watching the moving buttocks muscle of the guy in front of me rippling through his bike shorts. I got out of there pretty quick, I'll tell you.
you do spinning, what 2/3 times a week?
As to blood, you can't drink the night before giving right? Can't help you anecdotally.
