I think they should all get kicked to the curb, pompous asses. But I do disagree that your examples would be protected under the statute -- I read the statute (and related case law, which is unfair because I did not send it to you for review prior to posting - I will get right on that) as saying that you can't use Dr., M.D. or 'doctor' OR any other titles that imply you practice medicine. In other words, the first three are presumed to imply that.

If I remember correctly, there was some sort of carve-out in one case for professors so long as they kept it in the classroom -- but I believe that those pompous shits should be the first ones to get the boot.

I am so glad that almost everyone is on holiday and is not here to see this series of posts. May the god of the FB forgive us for our transgressions.
