No. It either is placed under the pec muscle or over the pec muscle (but under the breast tissue).

probably if saline. With silicone for sure. Assuming of course that no capsular contracture occurs. If capsular contracture occurs, all bets are off.

In a woman who has never had her tits stretched by breast feeding, they have to match the diameter of the breast to the diameter of the implant. But if she has gone from an A cup to a D cup in pregnancy, they are plenty stretched and drape well even if the diameter of the implant exceeds the diameter of the natural breast tissue.
