I don't have kids but suspect there are a lot of things other than sexual prowess that go into evaluating a daughter's suitors.
Will he be physically or emotionally abusive? Will he refuse to wear a condom and give her nasty and/or incurable STDs? Will he force her or slip her a ruffie if she decides she doesn't want to have sex with him? Etc. etc.
