The answer is:

New England 20, Carolina 10.

Other thoughts:
Carolina will try to copy the strategy Parcells used to beat the Bills. I.e. shorten the game. Limit the number of possessions per half to about 4 per side. That's fine with Bellichek too, so I doubt either team will have more than 9 possessions.

Carolina will do better defending the red zone than they do the middle of the field, and AV will kick a bunch of figgies.

Carolina won't be able to move the ball very well, but might get a big play or two. Jake Delhomme will get picked off if he throws one up like the one Mushin Muhammad caught against the Eagles. (Still can't believe how badly Brian Dawkins played that one).
