Tima instead? Since "Timmy" is a diminutive form of "Timothy," the Spanish analogue would be "Timo"* which is a diminutive of "Timoteo."
* With the corresponding feminine form being "Tima".
ETA: I think "me" should be "mi" (that is, if you were trying to indicate a possessive). But then again, what do I know? My first language wasn't Spanish and I don't live in Texas.
