My, how you do overstate things. It was only one post; after writing the post, I changed the quote; then the quote showed up in all my posts. Nonetheless, I do crave attention from you. I'm only human.

Nope. I'm not that competitive.

Edited to fix quotes.

I don't know. I am not totally clear on what goes on with the guys, who clearly aren't the story line now that Puck has macheted his way out (that incident sure was anticlimactic). I have been confused from day one as to who the hell that Jake dude was. Heck I can't even remember which guys have been eliminated. Jamie's still around isn't he? Haven't seen him on the last few episodes...

I think it's particularly exasperating when aerobic-nut whippets yap on about how fun exercise is. People are fat because it's largely not fun, and eating is. Why not just say, "yes, spinning classes really are misery unto death, but you will die before you can even finish that box of Twinkies, and you will never ever be asked to have sex with anyone ever again, if you don't suck it up and do this." Honesty I can respect.

I exercise because I don't want to croak early from a heart attack and lift weights because my bones will fold like an envelope if I don't keep 'em strong, not because I enjoy it. While individual activities (walking the dog, swimming, biking, etc.) that don't seem like exercise are fun and can get people moving despite themselves, perkily saying that exercise is fun will only make people roll their eyes and grab the Cheetos.

[edited to fix the quote thingy -- Not Bob]

Well, I can't agree that exercising isn't fun, you just have to find the right activity for yourself. But I certainly agree with sex being a motivating factor. Health doesn't motivate me, although it should.

There is no bigger turn on than to have a hot body and take your clothes off with your boyfriend and have the sight of you make him incredibly turned on. That alone makes it worth it - the not dying from a heart attack thing is just a bonus.Back to top

Ugh. I genuinely hate you. Not because you're beautiful, but because you are so fucking sure you are.

I'd like to buy you a ladder to help you get over yourself, but I fear you'd think it was a pedestal and just climb right up.

Oh stop with the venom. I never said I was beautiful. I said I work hard to have the best body I can, that I keep it covered up at work because I don't look for male attention at work, and that my boyfriend gets really turned on when he sees me naked and that makes all the working out worth it.

Most everyone can have a decent looking body if they just work at it. Good hair and good skin you have to be born with. But a good body is within most everyone's reach.

Whether we like it or not, men are incredibly visually stimulated. I learned a long time ago to just accept that fact and work with it. Like it or not, men don't form an emotional bond with a woman unless the sexual attraction is there and sexual attraction for men is based in large part on the physical appearance of a woman. Sure, with time if they love the woman and she no longer is physically appealing they will not stop loving her just because of her looks. But they will never fall in love in the first place if they aren't turned on by what they see. I have just accepted this and make sure my boyfriend likes what he sees.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
What I'd like to know is their technique for finding workaholic women. I could use some pointers.

-----------

Ambitious young women striving for success are putting their health at risk as they adopt male behaviour in their attempt to get to the top, according to a new report.

The study of young women's attitudes found that they were even more likely than their male colleagues to skip meals, neglect to exercise and to drink and smoke heavily. The research based on nearly 1,000 interviews with young men and women aged 18 to 24 found that 51 per cent of the women compared with 37 per cent of the men were likely to adopt an unhealthy lifestyle as they tried to win promotion.

The report was commissioned by the Flour Advisory Bureau as part of its Bread for Life campaign which promotes bread as part of a healthy diet. It is encouraging young women to recognise that eating the right food at the right times can boost their performance and provide a basis for a healthier way of life.

The report claims that while drinking levels for men are relatively stable, women's consumption of alcohol is on the increase and full-time working women are twice as likely to exceed sensible limits as those who do not work or those who work part-time.

I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings. Assuming the viewing party is a straight male, as long as a naked chick doesn't weigh 200 lbs plus or is 5'2" and 150 lbs, a naked chick will cause an erection. Especially a naked chick who is going to screw you.

I'm sure that you're hot and all, but getting an erection in a straight male is not painting the Mona Lisa.Back to top

Not talking about an erection. Talking about getting really turned on and having incredibly hot sex.

See for men, there is no such thing as bad sex. Like your post states, a naked woman is enough for them to get it up.

But for women, there is a large variation in sex. It can be anything from terrible to extemely hot. An erection may be necessary to have any sex, but it isn't enough to make it really good sex for the woman. Get a guy really turned on and you can have great sex. That is what I am talking about.Back to top

Just for the fun of beating this dead horse, JFF, we get it. You like yourself. You have a hot bod. Others dislike you for your hot bod, which is impossible to properly cover in the work context due to its sheer hotness. They don't dispise you because of your certainty of your own hotness. They are jealous because they are lazy slugs with big asses.

To quote Eddie Izzard, Jesi Chrisi! You are either (dare I say it) a sock trying to rile everyone up or so incredibly self-centered that you will never have a freakin clue why others dislike you.
