Yes. Instead we should bar any student receiving any funds from the federal government, either as a loan or grant, from using that money to pay any bills from the university that are not expressly and solely for tuition.

Are you contending that any government employee who spends her income, or part thereof, on porn is doing so at taxpayer expense?

ETask: Do grants and loans require specifically that they be paid over to the university? Or could I get a loan (at least for a year), bail out, and have only the repayment obligation.
