Well J'accuse is fine if you are not accusing any particular person or thing. Or maybe the end of the sentence was left off and he meant to say J'accuse le gouvernement des etats unis or somesuch. But if you wish to direct your accusation at Ty (for example), I think "Je t'accuse, Ty" works. Unless you are scared of him, in which case "Je vous accusez, Monsieur Slothrop" might fit the bill.*


*I really care about none of this but I am stuck at work and am forced to find a way to pass the time here while I wait for the other side to get their act together and deliver some stuff to us.
