Associate Misled Judge by Remaining Silent
I'm generally pro-candor, but I think this is a crock of shit. When you look at the GP's statement, which says "
should not do it in New Jersey" not "
could not do it in New Jersey," I think it's unreasonable to discipline the GA for failing to interrupt.
