AAAAAAAAACCCCCCKKKKKKKKKK. I know I should stp, but I can't stand it. Even if Rosie and whoever are determined to be legally married under CA state law, they can't file as married for federal tax purposes because of the Defense of Marriage Act. Not married for federal law purposes.
