Moreover, ever hear of an episiotomy? There is a reason those are done. Those are done to produce a controlled tear to prevent an uncontrolled tear of the perineum during childbirth from tearing into the anal sphincter. Fecal incontinence is one potential risk of child birth if you opt out of the episiotomy and end up with a tear into the anal sphincter.

And you don't even want to know what it does to a pair of tits. Spinsterhood doesn't sound so bad, now does it?
