I don't think it was his song choices as much as voting patterns. I didn't vote for him last night so I could concentrate my votes on LaToya and Fantasia and make sure they stayed in the competition. I suspect he was 3rd favorite for many other viewers and got left behind. Jasmine fans, in addition to being tone deaf, perhaps didn't have divided loyalties.
There should have been no white people in the final four and definitely no Jasmine. At the very least there should have been 3 black divas and maybe Diana.
