Last I checked E-Bay was not a charity... Therefore, since the "Stab Someone in the Face over the Internet" (tm) device is not yet available, "go to hell" will have to do. If you're feeling saucy, perhaps throwing in a "quit spending my tax dollars on E-Bay crap, you fucking deadbeat!" would be a nice touch as well.
