Underrated
Comedian: Judy Tennuta, aka the Comedian's comedian. I also heard Sarah Silverman on Howard Stern this morning, and thought she was quite funny.
That said, there are no funny female comedians.
Underrated beer: Anderson's Poleeko Gold (or something) from northern California. Discovered it at Cafe Adulis, and ever since then I always get it when I see it, which is about once a year.
