Tell me about it. One day I was driving home from work and noticed an Applebees had sprung up in the middle of a field. "That's odd," I thought to myself. "Why would you build an Applebees all the way out here? Why, there isn't a junior high coach to memorialize or junior fireman to admire for miles and miles." Next thing I know, like five days later, there are approximately 40,000 new houses plopped down on the surrounding farmland and I've got to find a new way to drive home.
