Maybe. But why wouldn't they take advantage of all those people who can't wait to sign away their rights? Hell, applications for other reality shows make you sign away your rights to publish an
autobiography for a term of five years after the airing of a show. Do you really think AI's parent company isn't making any money off of Clay? I'd be shocked.
