Oz had much better, tigheter writing. That show ran like a clock. The Sopranos is a bloated mess. You don't need a script doctor to tell you that you can't fit 30 characters with 15 separate involved plots/subplots into a one hour, 13 episode season. Its likt they're trying to juggle five miniseries at once.
I TiVo it and skip through all the parts involving the divorce, the son and Finn and the daughter. I get everything I need in under 20 min.
