Ultimately, people like the drinking/gregarious types. The folks who might give you shit are just jealous. Some people can't let loose.
That you entertain people is a good thing... shows you've got the people skills that separate mid management from executives.
There is, of course, a line not to be crossed*... I once saw a chick pull her pants down and show off a thong at an Xmas party. She got a visit from HR the next day. You could discretely tweak a nipple or two if it was part of a joke, but its always all in the delivery.**
