Dude, in case you don't realize this, the mouth is connected to the anus by one long tube (esophagus, stomach, small bowel, large bowel, rectum, anus). If you plug both ends of a tube with airtight plugs and attempt to remover the plugs, if the tube is extensible, you increase its volume without increaseing the mass of the substance inside and this creates a vacuum. That is the finger cuff principle.
Of course, that only works if there are air-tight seal around the plugs. If your dick is smaller than her mouth, all she has to do is open her mouth to break the seal.
