Clearly you got that gig at Dangerfield, Baggins & Coltrane bc you are rewritinhg what I said, or distorting it from "two years is too soon" to "you must stay at same gig for eight to twelve years to make partner to be sufficeintly satisfied to stay and not look like a jobhopper".
