Tales of tittybar visits are appreciated, but not because they're unusual.

During my tenure with a previous firm, I remember having lunch with a partner who wove in to his War Story of the Day rather matter-of-fact references to titty bar visits as Client Development.
Now this guy was a banking lawyer, and is probably 50 or so. I'm in IP, and somewhat younger. Whether it's a generational thing or just a practice area thing*, I dunno, but I just don't run into this kind of thing as typical client entertainment.
Other than the rather obvious example of Sidd, do y'all see titty bar visits as a normal client development device?

* Working with tech companies, more productive client development moves typically involve cases of Red Bull or samples of the newest, fanciest motherboard. Naked chicks don't usually attract their attention unless they're at COMDEX and the chick is wearing a costume of, say, a motherboard.
