It is going to be pretty awkward if after the handover of sovereignty we have some difference of opinion with the Iraqi leadership as to whether Sadr should be detained. You do realize that we aren't the party interested in arresting him. The arrest warrant was issued by an Iraqi judge. It's other shiites who want him for killing another cleric.
