Funny, that's what my evidence professor did the rest of the time! He was considered the toughest professor at my school (because he regularly flunked 10% of the class). He liked to talk about how he knew evidence better than X judge or Y textbooker writer or any other authoritative source. He caught me sleeping in class one day and woke me with an "Are we boring you Ms. Bunny?" To which I replied yes, and plunked my head back down. another star in the constellation of my shining moments in law school.
