I did the exact same thing at a Ramones concert a long time ago. Smashed my head into a friend's head. I kept saying "Dude, you're bleeding" and he'd say "No, dude,
you're bleeding. When we finally sorted out that we both were bleeding, we retired from the dance floor for more beers and some napkins.
I had a hell of a headache the next morning. But that could have been from the Ramones...
