You probably don't need moisturizer, so go to the sunscreen aisle and pick up an oil free neutrogena or coppertone product made specifically for the face. Don't get any waterproof or sports versions because they are like glue. If you are fair-skinned you really ought to get a 30. This would be better than a moisturizer with sunscreen because the product has slightly better coverage.
Just experiment with inexpensive products until you find one you like that won' t make you break out. There's no need to go spendy, especially considering that you should use generous amounts of sunscreen. Most people use too little.
