They were very clever.

You are (allegedly) a lawyer. This should dismay you. Not that the Constitution was violated, but that the fucker was PROUD of it.

Mark my words: I will be telling my grandchildren about how I used to live in a land of freedom, but that was before the wave after wave of "reforms" in the name of combatting terrorism and improving investigation results, all started by the Patriot Act. I'll refer them to you to tell them why the Empiress Jenna really needs to have a camera in their bedrooms.
