Of course, you never know if you have that unknown heart condition until it (a) kills you or (b) you have it discovered because you've done something else to fuck up your heart. And coke is precisely the sort of thing that produces those funky arrhythmias that (a) kill you or (b) if you're lucky enough, fuck up your heart so that you catch the arrhythmia and don't die. This time.
