i'm surprised that cincinatti ranks so high - they are at the very top of the 2nd tier.

I see that Capital and UD are ranked at the bottom again. I wonder what one yr at either school costs now? $25,000? $30,000? I just can't see spending that much to go to a school ranked that low. I will give credit to UD though, they are trying to develop a niche with intellectual property.
