Job Description Serves as human resources specialist in the Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS), Resource Management Division, Employee relations Branch. The incumbent provides comprehensive, authoritative and expert employee relatins staff advice and assistance within the FAMS. Provides expert advice on processing and adjudicating grievances, adverse action appeals and standards of conduct and on the questions concerning the application of disciplinary and adverse action regulations.
