Alright, it's that time again--NCAA pools.

DTB now must defend her title from last year.

So, to join in the fun, I created a private group at ESPN.com-->Fantasy Games-->Tournament Challenge for our little clique.

After you've created an entry*, search for the group

Lawtalkers

It's a private group. You need the following password to join:

YSBDetails

One entry each (i.e., per primary sock).**

The brackets are posted on the Sunday before the tournament. I think the entries are locked on Thurs. morn before the first game. You can get the details at the ESPN site.

* Note that to maintain anonymity you should use/create an account that does not bear your real name. The name on your account will appear in the standings (as does your "entry" name).

**That's one entry per "real" person, not one for each of your many socks.

so MSU has an effective bye back to the Final Four. cool.

the four #1s have not seemed so beatable in many years.

You heard it here first, kids - Hank's bracket has #5 seed MSU headed out of the Midwest region. Adjust your brackets accordingly.

Fuck. I picked Villanova in the espn pool (which I knew was stupid, but since there was no money, I decided to go out on a limb) and Kansas in the pool where I actually bet money. Fuck me.

once, at my health club, I was getting ready to play in a pick up game. Terry Mills was in-between teams and he was there, just wanting to work out I guess. so he gets part of a team and walks onto the court. once he realizes I'M GUARDING HIM he shakes his head and walks off the court.

after the game. we were playing without our best (and I don't agree he is) player.

and i was soooo certain D. Green was going to launch that shot. the guy who hit has sat behind the hurt guy for a bit. he was ready for the chance.

*it's actually possible losing Lucas will make us a much better team, but I'm hoping for that, not predicting it.
