I've not heard as much from the Headhunters lately. Is everyone having the same experience, or should I be taking it personally?

Take it personally. Actually, I'm getting some calls but it could be the relative differences in our levels of experience. You're getting a little long in the tooth perhaps?

Could be a practice area thing also but I don't want to publicly get specific about my practice area.

Why don't you want to get more specific about your practice area? I would think there's not a lot of competition for an attorney who rolls drinks at the back door of the County Jail as they get cut loose, and then represents them in a suit against the county for failure to provide a safe egress.

you're not alone on this, I haven't recieved any calls, nor have any of my friends in the private sector. And I know that my friends in the private sector aren't waiting in the wings at the jailhouse.

There isn't a lot of competition because most people don't know that business is so lucrative. Kind of like why your sister has cornered the market for fellating Haitian cab drivers.
