Thank you for this word. It has today replaced "retard" in my vocabulary, which had itself experienced utter extinction since I watched a left-fielder on my LL team run 20 laps after using it in reference to a teammate. (The assistant coach's brother was born with Down Syndrome.) Trust me when I say 20 laps around a LL field is a long time to watch someone run while a lesson sinks in.
The mellifluent "fucktard," however, cannot possibly apply to people who are literally developmentally delayed, nor offend assistant coaches at my age level. Regards!

I thought Sturgis was more of a Harley enthusiasts deal and not so much the Angels.

He hated living there. Every day of it. Of course he hated Chicago, too. Well, not really Chicago - Naperville. Of course the fact that he did jail time there probably didn't help.
|
I've lived in Houston, Chicago, and Naperville. You're friend's an idiot. But then, the fact that he's done jail time pretty much already settled that issue.

That would be hysterical. Watching the bush man get the crap beat out of himself by a large group of confused bikers.

Funny, I thought Sturgis was more of a crank enthusiast's deal and not so much the Harley enthusiasts. Maybe I'm confusing it with Contra Costa County.

Naperville and Chicago might actually be polar opposites.

Apparently, you've never been in downtown Naperville. It's more like Lincoln Park without the street people and the frat boys and girls than it is like Atlanta.
Yes, large parts of it are suburban sprawl, but duh, it's the suburbs.

If you are in the market for made up insults, may I proffer Shittard or Scattard? They almost sound like legit words so they add the extra layer of "huh" to the insult while incorporating your favorite image

Yes. You are correct. The crank dealing Harley riders = Sturgis
The non-crank-dealing dot-commers-gone-bad custom-accessorized Harley riders = Danville.

2) Is Shreveport, LA the closest airport to use in which to get there?
[If anyone has more insight on this city, could you please IM me?]

No, Sturgis is the one that's in the middle of nowhere, where no one in his right mind would want to live ... oh, wait. I see what you mean.

I just spent $550 having a new clutch put into the 1991 Nissan Sentra I borrowed from a friend, who paid $800 for it, after the fucking piece of shit broke down on the goddamn mutherfucking Brucker Expressway on Monday, the first day of my glorious vacation, as I was on my way up to Hartford to watch the mighty Glasgow Celtic get the shit kicked out of them by Liverpool. Monday was a bad day in the South Bronx and East Hartford.
"Why didn't you leave the piece of shit by the side of the road?" I hear you ask. Because my friend has zero money and needs the car, and actually thought he was doing me a favor loaning it to me. I didn't have the heart to tell him he was fucked.
Then came Wednesday, when I found myself in charge of the chartered bus to Philadelphia to see the ManU game. All went fairly smoothly until the ride home, when I nearly got battered for telling the driver to pull away slowly -- just about forty feet -- so as to impress upon the fucktards still inside the truck stop that I was fucking serious that if they didn't get their shit together and get on the bus we were leaving without them. Luckily, the guy who tried to headbutt me was too drunk to connect with any force, and his left hook to my ear was, frankly, embarrassing in its feebleness. But better than all this, we beat ManU 2-1. Yes, I know it was a meaningless friendly. Yesterday I slept for a very long time.
