And you can make fun of Elf and Powers , but Weird Science is a tour de force and The Jerk is no slouch either.

I think ridiculous comedies don't get their due. I'll never understand why dramatic actors are thought of as so very talented and deserving of great respect and reverence when great comedians are not. But no matter how you look at it, To Wong Foo fucking blows.

Almost every line is good in that movie.

 | Any movie with Danny DeVito is automatically disqualified. Sorry.

 | To Wong Foo blows, but your list excluded Clerks, and there has its own credibility problems.

Also, were I to make a list, it would likely include Borat, which I believe has been overlooked so far. |

				Movie entry

I find lists to be difficult to put together, because I can never remember everything, but I don't see The Money Pit anywhere, and frankly, that movie gets funnier (and somewhat harder to watch) the older I get. I accidently saw it a few nights ago. Until then, I'd banned it's viewing from the house on the basis that I didn't want to jinx anything in my own house, but we were flipping channels, and once on we couldn't pry ourselves away. I something disasterous to happen any minute now.
 "We have very weak trees."

 "Turkey's done."
"So's the kitchen. Let's not go there again."

 | I love the scene where the bathtub falls through the ceiling and he stands over the whole and just laughs.

Has anyone mentioned Stripes, which is funny even now. That's the fact, Jack.
